Manage Visuals billing and invocies

How do I access billing settings?

Click on your account name in the top right of the screen to access your profile page. From here, you can manage your billing and plan via Stripe. Visuals integrates with Stripe to provide users with a seamless, trustable experience.

What are Visuals' billing cycles?

Visuals Pro bills $9.99 on a monthly basis, cancellable at any time.

Where can I find my billing history?

Find all billing history in the Stripe billing portal. View and download current and past invoices.​

How do I update my billing information?

Update payment method, company name, address, and tax information through the Stripe billing portal. We use Stripe for secure transactions. Changes only affect future invoices, we cannot modify historical invoices.​

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription through the Billing and Invoices page by clicking “Manage Subscription” the “Cancel subscription” button. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
